  • In case of order cancellation from our end, the amount paid will be handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier partner.

  • Rajwadi Pure is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Exchange

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • Exchange is allowed only if:

    • A wrong product is delivered, or

    • The product is damaged during transit.

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must record an unboxing video showing:

    • Sealed outer packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Product being opened

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products damaged after delivery or due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Rajwadi Pure.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Rajwadi Pure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
