Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rajwadi Pure, all products are carefully packed and shipped to maintain quality and authenticity. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

🔒 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted before or after dispatch.

  • Customers are advised to review product details, pricing, and delivery address carefully before confirming the order.

💰 Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for any orders placed on Rajwadi Pure.

  • Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

    • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

    • Refusal to accept the delivered parcel

🔁 Exchange in Place of Refund

Refunds are not applicable.
However, exchange is allowed only if:

  • The wrong product is delivered, or

  • The product is received in a damaged condition

Mandatory Conditions:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is compulsory

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Sealed outer packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Product being opened

  • The video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery

❗ Without valid unboxing video proof, no exchange or refund request will be accepted.

⚠️ Non-Eligible Cases

No exchange or refund will be provided if:

  • The product is damaged after delivery

  • The unboxing video is missing, edited, or unclear

  • The claim is raised after 48 hours

  • The product shows signs of use or tampering
